4. Hosting and server log files
This website is provided by a hosting provider on whose servers it is stored (“hosting”). When you visit this website, the hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser transmits automatically. This typically includes: your device's IP address, the date and time of access, browser type and version, operating system, the referring website (referrer URL), the pages or files requested, and the volume of data transferred.
This data is not merged with other data sources.
Purpose: ensuring the stable, secure and reliable operation of the website, and detecting and preventing misuse.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest in the secure and reliable technical operation of the website.
Retention: server log files are typically deleted automatically after a short period, unless retention is required for the investigation of a specific security incident.
5. Contact form
This website provides a contact form for enquiries. In its current version, the form uses a mailto: link: submitting the form opens your own email application, and the data you enter (name, organisation, email address and message) is sent directly from your device to sales@albaretos.com. In this configuration, the data does not pass through Albaretos GmbH's website or servers, nor through any third party.
Purpose: responding to your enquiry, including project- and investor-related requests.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract), and, where no contract is pursued, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries directed to us).
Retention: for as long as necessary to process your enquiry, and thereafter deleted unless statutory retention obligations require otherwise.
6. Investor and document requests
Requests for the Investor Memorandum, Executive Summary, Financial Model, Governance Package or Data Room access referenced on the Investor Relations page are submitted via the same contact form and email address described in Section 5 above, and are processed on the same legal basis. No automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR takes place.
